My Story

Hey friend, welcome to Rock, Recycle, Repeat! I know what you're thinking, FINALLY, a one stop shop for purchasing customized rock-themed gifts for the geologist in your life (everyone has one of those, right?)...well, your search is over! We are planning to offer rock-themed home decor (produced by an authentically enthusiastic geologist - really the only type you will ever encounter), a line of rock-themed greeting cards, print-to-order apparel, and more! Next time you're in search of the perfect gift (which should most definitely include rocks), you'll be able to say "I have a gal for that!"

I began my career as a geologist over 20 years ago, however, I now spend more time in the office and less time in the field 'playing with rocks' as my family would describe my job. I still love what I do, but not every day is as glamorous as it may seem! I created this page because it brings me joy to put googly eyes on a rock and give it a smile.

I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and our two kids. They have attended many a family field trip to the coal mines, boulder fields, even former hazardous waste sites. "C'mon kids, it's time to learn!" When I'm not out shoveling natural science in my family's face, you can find me tending to my rock gardens and visiting environmental clean up sites across the country.
