Refund policy

My rocks are as unique as your family, so the rocks in your customized art may appear a bit different than what the photos show. I promise they will be just as adorable! I also need to place the rocks so that your piece is balanced as it hangs or stands alone.

We will work together to customize your piece and because it is unique to your family, all sales are final. No cancellations and no changes are permitted once the order is placed. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photographs of the damaged item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
